Waterfront Apartment Rentals - Pier 7 Resort Marina

Located in a beautiful, gated marina with a great restaurant and bar on the premises. It is surrounded by 300 degree views of the South River on the Chesapeake Bay. You'll love this space because of the fresh bay breezes, the people, the big-sky views, paddle board rental, yoga studio and jet ski rentals.

We are 5 miles from downtown Annapolis. If you want to go there by boat you can rent the catamaran for a fabulous day out on the water.

The apartment is in a gated marina. Check in has to be done by 5 pm or there will be a $50 late check in fee.

The Space

The space is brand new and beautifully decorated. A king bed in the master bedroom and a queen in each of the other rooms. There are also three queen superior air mattresses available upon request for guests to use.

Guest access

Laundry room (upon request). The marinas private beach with picnic tables, beach chairs, grills, and fire pits.

Interaction with guests

The space is within the gates of the marina. The marina staff are available to help during your stay.

• The check in time is between 3pm and 5pm
• You may have a later check in if needed.
• You may request an early check-in and late check out, for an additional fee.
• Early check-in and late check out is granted case by case.
