Here is what you will be able to do and see:
The Catamaran Company “CatWalk” will feature the following boats on display:
6 different models of Gemini Catamarans including the brand new 2020 model Legacy 35X with a brand new sunlounger, Freestyle 37, and Power 399! As well as a brand new Nautitech 40.
We are also excited that our open house will be the location for the launch of Gemini Catamarans latest model: The Gemini Studio. A house boat version of the most popular American-made cruising catamaran in history.

We are also looking forward to introducing everyone to our newest tenant, Multitech Marine Services. Multitech specializes in service and maintenance of catamarans, monohulls and powerboats of a wide array of makes and models and has years of service behind them!

This open house will be a great opportunity to see all the improvements we have made at Pier 7 over the winter, such as our new ramp, laundry room, and Infrastructure from new stairways, to new paving and better access to members across the property!
All attendees will be able to go up to visit The Pier oyster bar and have drinks and some lunch, take a look at the yoga studio we have on site, meet our on-site jet ski rental company, see our day sail charter boats and everything else Pier 7 has to offer!
