You will be completely surrounded by amazing views and gorgeous décor. Lounge on the back deck watching the sunset, relax in the sun on the roof top deck, and get rocked to sleep by the waves at night.

The Studio is in a gated marina. Check in has to be done by 5 pm or there will be a $50 late check in fee.

The Space

Located at Pier 7 Resort Marina, a secure, gated marina with private beach, yoga studio, jet ski rentals and a great restaurant with waterfront Tiki bar, the Gemini Studio will be like no other rental you have stayed in! This is a brand new concept boat designed and built specifically as a waterfront studio apartment. With high-end furnishings and décor she is as comfortable as she is beautiful.

Stay in at night and cook yourself a meal in the full stocked kitchen or head to any of the nearby restaurants. You can grill on the boat or on the beach while the kids play in the water.

Laundry room (upon request). The marinas private beach with picnic tables, beach chairs, grills, and fire pits.
